- I grew up in Norway and the UK, and also spent more than 13 years living and working in New Zealand before recently moving back to the UK.
- I have one wife – Elma – who I'm very happily married to. She is, amongst many other things, a fantastic portrait artist, and you can learn and see more about her amazing work and other interests here.
- My parents live in Norway, where I grew up through most of my childhood.
- I have one sister – Rebecca – who lives in London and is an excellent professional flautist. She plays regularly with the likes of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Academy of St Martin-in-the-Fields, and many other groups/orchestras.
- Both Elma and I are non-denominational Christians.
